At EasyPhones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your new device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your EasyPhones account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable any 'Find My Device' features, then place the phone and all original accessories back into the original packaging.
Pack and Label
Secure the product box inside a sturdy shipping carton and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Ship and Track
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
